Make A Resolution To Better Your Dental Health

Make A Resolution To Better Your Dental Health

January is a fabulous month to start changing your dental health for the better.  Whether you resolved to exercise more, quit smoking, get organized, travel more, or learn something new, don’t forget to make your “healthy smile” resolutions too.  According to the American Dental Association, these resolutions should include the following:

-Start brushing 2min2x.   Brushing twice a day for two minutes promotes healthier teeth, better breath, and fewer cavities.

-Floss daily.

-Eat a healthy diet.  Eat balanced meals with limited snacking in between.

-Drink fluoridated water.  That’s right, many bottled water brands do not contain fluoride. However, the fluoride in most ordinary tap water helps prevent cavities by making teeth more resistant to acid attacks that cause cavities.

-Most importantly, resolve to see your trusted dentist, Dr. Morse.   Your proactive phone call to Dr. Morse's office will help maintain your gorgeous smile in the years to come.  So, whether you need to schedule that overdue dental filling, schedule those crowns that you have put off for a couple years, schedule your routine dental cleaning, or invest in those porcelain veneers for that beautiful smile that you always dreamed of….YOU ARE WORTH IT!  Dr. Morse and the rest of our Team would be honored help you get where you want to go.
